The Pratica is Anfim’s fastest grinder yet — capable of handling up to 6 kg of coffee per day at 1,700 RPM. The Pratica comes with an easy to use screen with six programmable recipes and hands-free stop/start automation that your baristas will thank you for.
Also featuring:
- Stepless adjustment with locking mechanism to prevent unwanted grind changes
- Re-designed hardened steel 65mm grinding discs for maximum flavour extraction
- 1/10th of a second adjustable single, double, and manual grinding modes
The Pratica is a blend of traditional Italian design with fresh on demand grinding. Best for medium to high-volume cafes that require rapid grinding and absolute control.
